1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and at777com ("at777com", "We", "Us", "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the at777com website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at at777com.app.

By clicking "I Agree", completing registration, logging in to your at777com account, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing at777com voluntarily and under your own volition;
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and without reservation.

These Terms are subject to change. at777com reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of at777com following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an at777com account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of at777com;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements;
• Not be accessing at777com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of at777com or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not have been previously barred, suspended, or excluded from at777com or any affiliated platform for conduct violations.

at777com is designed and marketed for players in Pakistan. at777com does not actively target players in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is unlawful. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that their participation in online gaming is lawful under applicable local law.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on at777com at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. at777com uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and behavioural analysis to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering your at777com account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC;
• A valid email address and Pakistani mobile number;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 or older;
• Your preferred Pakistani payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at777com login credentials. You must:

• Not share your password with any third party under any circumstances;
• Use a password that is unique to at777com and not reused from other services;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure — at777com strongly recommends this;
• Immediately notify at777com support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

at777com will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login information.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

at777com is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before at777com will process any PKR withdrawal request.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, readable copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, or bank account from which deposits were made, confirming the account is registered in your name;
• Selfie Verification: at777com may request a selfie holding your CNIC as an additional verification step at its discretion.

at777com reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it deems further verification necessary. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to account closure.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with at777com's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and not shared with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed payment processors.

5 Deposits in PKR

at777com accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are credited to your at777com PKR wallet in real time following payment confirmation from your chosen provider.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet;
• JazzCash mobile wallet;
• SadaPay digital account;
• Raast instant payment system;
• HBL, UBL, MCB Bank and other Pakistani bank transfers via IBFT.

The minimum deposit amount on at777com is 200 PKR. Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• at777com does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees independently of at777com;
• at777com reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account for responsible gaming or AML compliance purposes;
• Deposits made in error (incorrect amount or from an unregistered source) must be reported to at777com support immediately.

6 Withdrawals & Payment Processing

at777com processes PKR withdrawal requests to verified payment accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawals are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically processed within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts;
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB, Raast): processed within 1–3 banking business days;
• SadaPay: typically processed within 1–2 hours.

at777com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. Circumstances that may trigger enhanced verification include:

• First-time withdrawal requests;
• Withdrawals exceeding 50,000 PKR in a single transaction;
• Cumulative withdrawals exceeding 200,000 PKR in any 30-day period;
• Any withdrawal flagged by at777com's AML monitoring system.

Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests placed on bonus balances that have not cleared wagering requirements will be automatically declined. Players are encouraged to review the Bonus Terms applicable to each promotion before opting in.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

at777com periodically offers bonuses, reload promotions, cashback deals, and other incentives to eligible Pakistani players. All promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms published at the time of each promotion, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player.

General bonus conditions that apply across all at777com promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms;

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on at777com — including sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, Cockfighting, and all other gaming products — are governed by at777com's product-specific betting rules, which are accessible within each respective product section of the Platform.

General betting conduct rules applicable to all at777com products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed — at777com does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in documented cases of platform error;
• at777com reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error in pricing, odds, or game display;

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on at777com. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Creating or using more than one at777com account, whether under your own name or another identity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using at777com services on behalf of another person without their express, documented consent;
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, money laundering, or proceeds of crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the at777com platform — including but not limited to the at777com brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, databases, and all other materials — are owned by or licensed to at777com and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the at777com platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any at777com content without express written permission;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from at777com software;
• Using at777com's brand, name, or logo in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at777com's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to at777com in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

at777com shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages;
• Loss of profits, gaming winnings, or expected winnings;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime beyond at777com's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a Player's account credentials where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security;
• Any delay or failure in processing PKR payments attributable to third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).

Nothing in these Terms limits at777com's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

at777com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 9;
• Receipt of a legally binding order from a competent authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, at777com reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where closure is initiated by the Player without cause, any remaining real-money balance (net of uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified PKR payment method within 5–10 business days.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting at777com support. The support team will process closure requests after confirming the account holder's identity and clearing any pending transactions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

at777com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, at777com will:

• Publish the updated Terms on at777com.app with a revised "Last Updated" date;
• Send a notification to your registered email address summarising the key changes;
• Display an in-platform notification prompting you to review and acknowledge the updated Terms upon your next login.

If you continue to use at777com following notification of changes to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using at777com and contact support to request voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to at777com's operating entity as registered. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of at777com, the parties agree to the following dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact at777com support in the first instance. Most disputes are resolved within 72 hours at this stage;
• Step 2 — Escalated Review: If the issue is not resolved at Step 1, request an escalated review by at777com's compliance team. Written submissions may be requested;
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the above steps, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body acceptable to both parties.
